First: Orders

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information including: name, address, email, and phone number. - Order Confirmation:
Customers will be contacted to confirm the order before it is processed. - Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled before execution; however, cancellation fees may apply in some cases as follows:
Before processing: No fees will be charged.
After processing: A cancellation fee of 5% to 20% of the order value will be applied.
After shipping: A cancellation fee of 20% to 50% of the order value will be applied.
For customized orders: Cancellation fees may range from 50% to 100% of the order value.
Second: Payments

We offer various payment options including Mada cards, Visa cards (additional fees may apply), bank transfers, and other available services. - Price Changes:
Elan Flowers reserves the right to adjust product prices without prior notice. - Secure Payments:

Customers are entitled to a refund in the event of order cancellation or dissatisfaction, under the following conditions:
Refunds are issued to the credit card or bank account used, and may be subject to processing or shipping fees.
Products are refundable only if they do not match the requested specifications or if there is a delay in the agreed delivery time.

Third: Delivery
- Delivery times are daily from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
- If the requested product is unavailable at the specified time, the delivery will be postponed to the next day in accordance with the website’s policy.
